Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship physical items to addresses within the United States only.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy seasons or due to carrier delays.

Shipping rates

• Flat rate of $5.99 per order.
• Free shipping on orders over $50.

Digital products

Printable PDFs and other digital products are delivered by email to the address you give us, usually within one business day of payment. No shipping charge applies. If you don't see your email, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, email hello@zuzufi.com and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
