These terms apply to your use of zuzufi.com and to any purchase from ZuzuFi LLC ("ZuzuFi," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We work to describe products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. If we find an error in an order you've placed, we'll contact you before processing it, and you can cancel for a full refund. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time; changes don't affect orders already paid for.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it and you complete payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, and will refund any payment in full if we do.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Digital products

When you buy a printable or other digital product, you get a personal license to download and print it for use in your own home or a single classroom. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the files.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products, including text, illustrations, logos, and designs, belongs to ZuzuFi LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Use of the site

Please don't misuse the site, for example by attempting to disrupt it or access it in unauthorized ways.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

Our products are educational materials and are provided "as is." Adult supervision is recommended for young children. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ZuzuFi's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to orders placed after it's posted.
